Critical Incident Table Top Exercise-

This course is designed to test and evaluate your company’s critical incident preparedness plans.  We will conduct a thorough evaluation of your company’s resources and critical infrastructure.  Based on these findings, we will develop a series of critical incident scenarios to evaluate your action plans.  Our training will give you an independent look and evaluation of your security plan and resources.  This information is valuable in the formulation of future training and security needs. 

Rapid Deployment and Active Shooter-

Based on the growing trend of workplace violence, Tactical SolutionsKC will look at a variety of active shooter case studies and the rapid deployment response to them.  We will discuss the response of security personnel at the scene and how to best prepare and prevent work place violence.  We will lead an in-depth discussion of the needs of responding law enforcement officers

Patrol Tactics-  

This course covers the basic considerations for safely conducting traffic stops, pedestrian checks and basic building clearance.  Students will learn how to safely approach and assess tactical situations they will encounter while on patrol.  This course will give your officers the skills to be confident and effective.  

The decision to use force is often made in tense and uncertain circumstances.  In this course we thoroughly examine the use of force considerations set forth by the Supreme Court.  We will walk the students through the use of force process and prepare them to make the correct decision during a stressful encounter.   This training is foundational. It will provide clarity to your officers and reduce the potential for costly litigation.

Defensive Tactics-

The instructors at Tactical SolutionsKC are certified national trainers for the National Law Enforcement Training Center.  We provide an all encompassing defensive tactics program for your staff to include Handcuffing; Control/Defensive Tactics; Handgun Defense and Disarming; Oleoresin Capsicum, and PR-24/Straight Baton Training.

In Service Training-

In order to maintain a competent and professional staff, it is important to provide ongoing instruction.  We will provide refresher courses to make sure your staff is up to date in their training.  This continuity is important to maintaining technical skills and ensuring a legally defensible program.
